Sunday, May 21 at 3PM – Ms. Ruth Miller’s lecture – Touring the Tombstones: A Walk Around the Graveyard of St. John’s Lutheran Church

Friday, May 26 at 7PM – The Charlestones concert (Joint with Piccolo Spoleto; admission $16) The Charlestones Sing Everything, an eclectic program of a cappella favorites spanning the genres of renaissance, musical theater, sacred hymns, jazz, spirituals, country, patriotic, and pop

Thursday, September 21 at 7PM – Dr. Nic Butler’s lecture – Dutch Town: St. John’s Early Neighborhood

Friday, September 29 at 7PM – The St John’s Chorale and Handbell Choir plus soloists and guest instrumentalists perform A St John’s Musical Celebration, an evening of sacred music celebrating our anniversaries and the music of our church

Friday, October 20 at 6:30PM – Celebration Banquet at the Marriott on Lockwood Drive

Tuesday, October 24 at 7PM – Dr. Nic Butler’s lecture – German Musicians in Early Charleston

Sunday, October 29 at 5PM – Community Reformation Service

Friday, November 3 at 7PM – Local classical musicians led by harpsichordist Julia Harlow present an instrumental program of music from the German Baroque, including works by Bach, Handel, and others

Thursday, November 9 at 7PM – Mr. Gary Albert’s  lecture  – Jacob Sass and the Charleston German-School Cabinetmakers
